Greater Nevada Field and the Reno Aces, in conjunction with OUR Center, will host the first ever Pride Night at Greater Nevada Field on August 17th, 2017. OUR Center was launched on May 29, 2009, the same year the Reno Aces played their inaugural season, to establish and maintain a safe, empowering, and supportive center in Northern Nevada that addresses advocacy, education and services.

“Reno has long been a city that embraces its diversity,” said Eric Edelstein, President of the Reno Aces and Reno 1868 FC. “We are so pleased to have the chance at creating this opportunity and officially celebrate Reno’s LGBT community and its allies, and we are looking forward to a fun night at Greater Nevada Field.”

The Reno Aces will become the third Triple-A team in the Pacific Coast League to host a Pride Night –The night of August 17, when The Aces take on the Sacramento River Cats at Greater Nevada Field. The game is set for 7:05 p.m.

The Aces join Triple-A teams in Sacramento and El Paso in being inclusive and showing the sports community is an ally of the LGBT+ community. A special web page, http://bit.Ly/acespridenight is available to purchase tickets for the event. Tickets for the game are left field reserve at $14 each. A Victory Voucher can also be purchased for $7 which includes the choice of hot dog or BBQ sandwich, a bag of chips and a soda.
