OutWest Film Fest
OutWest Film Fest is being hosted on Saturday, October 19th, at the University of Nevada, Reno Joe Crowley Student Union 3rd Floor Theater with:
Session 1: Documentary Films from 10 am – 12 pm.
The five films in this category include the winning film “One Story at a Time: Celeste Lecesne” along with finalists: “PLAYOUT”, “Changing Tides”, “Lines” and “Impact.”
Session 2: Short Films from 1-3 pm.
These films include the winning short film “Before” along with finalists: “May and Nila”, “No Trace Left Behind”, “If In Doubt”, “Stitched”, “Your Next Door Neighbors” and “Memori”.
Session 3: Feature Film screening at 5 pm.
The winning feature film is “Avant Drag!” directed by Fil Ieropoulos.
Tickets are priced at $5 Student/Senior Admission and $10 for General Admission per session. We are thrilled to continue the festival this year with films celebrating the queer experience from across the globe.
